FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50 AND OVER No code required. Applied automatically at checkout.


SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $50 are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.

Orders of $50.00 or more ship free via Standard Ground, automatically.


PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed the same day.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS — selected based on package size, weight, and delivery zone

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited options are available on select orders and will appear at checkout where applicable. Expedited rates are carrier-calculated and do not qualify for the free shipping threshold. Contact us before ordering if you need expedited shipping and don't see it at checkout.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will issue a replacement or refund.

Pro-Graad is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

Pro-Graad.com ships to U.S. addresses only. International customers can find Pro-Graad products on Amazon in select markets.
